In a statement issued by PASOK – KINAL underlines that “a “party” with borrowed votes, a political “leader” without MPs and allegations of mafia behind-the-scenes practices, if nothing else, are unprecedented and extremely dangerous phenomena, which must activate the our democratic reflexes”.

Also, Charilaou Trikoupi emphasizes that “the complaints heard in the Parliament and in the mass media by the “president” of the Spartans himself regarding blackmail he receives for state funding and the direct involvement of Ilias Kasidiaris in the internal of the party by manipulating MPs”.

“At the same time, we call on the Speaker of the Parliament and the parliamentary groups of the democratic arch to take appropriate action to suspend the funding of the Spartans party, an issue that has already been ruled constitutional by the jurisprudence of the Council of State”, PASOK – KINAL adds in its statement .

“From the recent developments it is undoubtedly clear that the real direction of the party is exercised by the convicted and imprisoned Domokos, Ilias Kasidiaris, and therefore it would be dangerous and offensive to the Republic and the institutions to allow the money of the Greek people to be the subject of a dispute and loot of Nazi formations and those convicted of serious crimes”, the announcement concludes.
