The Legislative Content Act was submitted to the Parliament, which, among other things, exempts 100% of the tax on aviation, diving, minesweeping, parachuting, divers and underwater disasters to officers, non-commissioned officers and hoplites of the Hellenic Armed Forces. The Fire Brigade and the Coast Guard, as well as the special compensation paid to the medical and nursing staff and the ambulance crews of E.K.A.B.
The relevant regulation had been included in the PNP as its initial introduction could not be completed legally after the postponement of the sessions of the Parliament brought about by the submission of the motion of censure against the Government. The PNP includes other emergency regulations that were adopted after the occurrence of bad weather “Elpis”
Also with the second article of the ratified Legislative Content Act to deal with the difficult economic situation that has formed in the victims of the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic (natural persons and legal entities / entities), it is possible to pay the first installment of certified regulation debts / installments of regulations in the context of dealing with the effects of coronavirus COVID-19 according to article 289 of law 4738/2020 (A ‘207), until 28 February 2022 instead of 31 January 2022, as in force until today.
The third article seeks to address the difficult economic situation regarding the repayment of debts certified to the tax administration by amending income declarations submitted for amounts relating to retroactive amounts of retirees, with the provision of facility payment of these debts.
