What is provided for in the bill on fan violence

-automatic administrative penalties are applied in cases of throwing objects on the pitches, with captive jurisdiction without delays
– a delinquency clause is established which will deduct a percentage of the funding of the teams from the Betting resources, which are directed to professional football.
-Furthermore, the role of the Standing Committee to Combat Violence (SCC) and the establishment of the National Coordinating Committee, in accordance with the provisions of the Saint Denis Convention of the Council of Europe, are foreseen.
