SYRIZA MP Christos Giannoulis spoke about “two-speed students” regarding the admission method to non-state universities, speaking to SKAI and the program SIMERA on Friday morning.
Mr. Giannoulis expressed his opposition to the establishment of non-state universities and noted that “under no circumstances can one talk about a minority of students yesterday, when Athens was flooded with children regardless of political and party origin”.
Regarding the ALCO poll for the Alpha TV station and the course of SYRIZA as a third party, he commented that “I respect the scientific dimension of polls but there are periods in political life when polls are not representative of what is happening”.
Asked to comment on the decline of SYRIZA, he noted: “The party still has a long way to go, we have had a difficult time, all SYRIZA executives are on the road with proposals. What is important for me is my place and right now with this government, my place in terms of health and education is being tested.”
