“First of all I want to express my sincere condolences to the people of Russia after yesterday’s shocking terrorist attack that claimed the lives of dozens of people. The international community has a duty to work together to counter a possible new rise in jihadist terrorism.” emphasized, at the beginning of his statements, the president of PASOK-Movement for Change, Nikos Androulakis, who on Saturday afternoon toured Chalandri.

He then stated that “ND has failed miserably to deal with accuracy. We see that her policies led the Greek people to new inequalities, new adventures, new difficulties. Against this situation we have a duty to fight and in the next European elections there should be a clear progressive message. A message, towards the ND, that shows another path with a specific program, with specific political options”.

“I understand that the opposition of sterile communication, the opposition without positions, the opposition of the show helps the ND. We have a duty to show another example, the example of a quality and reliable opposition. This is what we do inside and outside the Parliament, that’s why every vote for PASOK in the next European elections is a vote of hope, of perspective for the Greek people”, emphasized N. Androulakis.

Asked how he comments on yesterday’s statements by the Prime Minister about Tempi, the President of PASOK-Kinal replied “yesterday Mr. Mitsotakis, Mr. Floridis, Mr. Spirtzis, executives of both parties made statements that despise the intelligence of the Greek people.

It is unthinkable that after this tragedy, instead of keeping silent and letting the Commission of Inquiry or the Preliminary Investigation that we proposed based on the conclusion of the European Prosecutor, the Greek Justice do its job well, play communication games.

The members of the ND are doing everything they can to get oil from Mr. Karamanlis and the blue-collar guys who were in the organizations related to the OSE.

On the other hand, Mr. Spirtzis absolutely adopts the ND narrative that the failure to complete the remote control project is not responsible for the tragedy.”

Against all this we believe that there must be light, abundant light. That’s why we proposed a preliminary investigation in the first place that referred to the conclusion of the European Public Prosecutor’s Office, that’s why we finally ask for respect for the dead and their families. It is a deep trauma in the soul and heart of the Greek people, we must learn the truth, those responsible for this tragedy must be brought to justice and face their responsibilities”.
