“So let the Greek people know that the next time the prime minister mentions prices, he will mean half a kilo of bread, half a kilo of meat, half a liter of petrol”
The president of SYRIZA-PS blames the government for “nonsense that belittles the citizen”, Stefanos Kasselakisresponding to the government representative Pavlos Marinakisaround the issue of accuracy.
In his post, Mr. Kasselakis states: “After the Prime Minister’s lie to the citizens that a slice of feta in Greece costs 6.28 Euros, they had the government representative and the Minister of State scold me publicly for going around the supermarkets and pointing out the deception. the same for the olive oil, even though I published the photos: Organic, 750ml, here and in Germany. The bitter truth: We pay more for our national product than the Germans.”
He then responds to the prime minister with an ironic comment: “Now they are trying to patch them up: ‘The prime minister meant half a kilo of feta, because he filed a document about the price of half a kilo’. And the joke: ‘He doesn’t say anywhere in the video that he is talking about a kilo , here, watch the video!’.
Let the Greek people know that the next time the prime minister mentions prices, he will mean half a kilo of bread, half a kilo of meat, half a liter of petrol – and then everything will suddenly become cheap! This is nonsense that belittles the citizen. More convincing would be the argument that the prime minister means the special slice of Olympus produced at… 30,000 meters”.
