THE Panos Amyras was born in Athens in 1966. He studied Economics at ASOEE but quickly turned to journalism. He started his career in 1984 from the financial newspaper Express. In 1994 he joined the journalistic staff of the Free Press, while from 2011 he took over the management of the newspaper both in its daily and Sunday editions. He has collaborated with the TV station ANT1 and the radio stations Real FM, ERA (A’ Program) and City FM. He is a member of ESIEA and the Economic Chamber of Greece. In 2022, he was honored by the Botsi Foundation with the journalism award for his objective and complete coverage of financial reporting over 37 years, as well as for the successful management of the newspapers “Eleftheros Typos” and “Typos of Sunday”. He is the author of four novels set during World War II. He has participated in two road marathons and several long distance events. He is married and the father of two children.
O Christos Zografos was born in Athens and grew up in Poros. He studied Political Science and International Relations. He obtained a master’s degree in Global Political Economy with a focus on International Entrepreneurship. He has worked in the private sector while since 2015 he has worked in the electronic and print press covering political and independent reporting. Since 2019, he has been working at the Prime Minister’s Office as a press advisor and in 2021 he was appointed Deputy Director at the Prime Minister’s Press Office.
THE George Efthymiou was born in Arta in 1978. He has university studies in European Culture, holds a master’s degree in “Communication Strategy and Content Management” and a master’s degree in “Communication Crisis Management”, “Translation and Political Thinking” and “Economic Crisis and Prospects”. For 19 years he worked at ERT SA television, 15 of them as a political editor, having gone through economic and parliamentary reporting. At the same time, he has worked as an editor and columnist in newspapers, such as the Free Press and the Freedom of the Press, as well as the news site newpost.gr. Since 2019, he has been Deputy Director at the Prime Minister’s Press Office. Since 2021, he has also participated in the Long-Term Planning and Strategic Foresight Group of the Presidency of the Government, while he has made scientific publications on new models of organizational communication of institutions and organizations in times of crisis. He is a member of ESIEA and IFJ and has taught television journalism at the Professional Journalism Workshop. In 2018 he was honored by the Botsi Foundation for his objective coverage and work in political reporting. He speaks English and French. He is married and the father of one child.
Alexander Marakis was born in 1986 in Athens. He studied History and has a Masters in War Studies. In 2012 he started working as a journalist at SKAI. Since September 2019, he has been working at the Prime Minister’s Press Office. He speaks English and French.
