His thread legislative work the government is picking up again after the legislative “slowness” due to the European elections, speeding up reforms and initiatives included in its program SW for the current term of government, with an end date at the end of the four-year term, in 2027.

The message of the Eurocalp has been made clear by all government lips that it was received, and now Megaro Maximos and Piraeus are proceeding to “answer” the election message, with the policies that will be promoted immediately, with important legislation and in the midst of summer.

Citizens are asking us to accelerate and become even more efficient in all areas, focusing on what makes the world’s everyday life difficult” commented a government source, giving the stamp of the initiatives that will be promoted in the next period and which focus on critical issues that require resolution.

Despite the result of the recent European elections, which passed below the bar that had been set, in Maximos Palace they appreciate that the citizens have chosen again, giving priority to the ND, and despite the dissatisfaction that may be expressed, they know that this government has made and will continue to make a serious effort to improve the everyday life of the citizens, even in very difficult years . With this criterion, the effort, but also the effectiveness, is estimated to be judged again at the end of the four years.

This is what interests us, to implement our program. This is the main concern of the Prime Minister (…) and overall, all of us who participate in this effort, will be evaluated by the citizens in 2027″ the government representative emphasized while briefing the political editors and added “The Government has a coherent narrative , which is very simple and clean. It is the implementation of a program that aims to improve the daily life of citizens and solve the many problems that still exist. And month-by-month, year-by-year and, above all, after the end of each four-year period, all of this is evaluated for its effectiveness by the citizens” concluded.

Already before the European elections, the government has prepared a series of bills which will be submitted for discussion and voting in the next period in the Parliament and which concern important sectors of the economy and society, and among other things concern the further strengthening of primary production, the restructuring of the operation of the public sector by providing incentives to civil servants, speeding up recruitment through ASEP, reforming the road traffic code, etc.
