Citizens’ views on the country’s governance and scenarios for early elections are sketched by Alco’s new poll for Alpha.
In the intention of voting, the New Democracy leads 23.3%, while PASOK is in the second place with 11.7%. Following is 10.3%, the Greek solution with 8.2%, the KKE with 7.8%and SYRIZA with 6.8%.
To the question “what is your dominant feeling about what is happening around us”, for over 8 out of 10 respondents (86%) the emotions were negative. In the first place is “frustration” (34%) followed by “rage” (33%) and “insecurity” (19%).
Those who chose positive emotions (13%) spoke of “hope” (7%), “optimism” (4%) and “confidence” (2%).
Regarding the government’s performance, the percentage of those who say “at all” satisfied is 55%, while 27%is “a little” satisfied and 17%”very/quite”.
Regarding Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis, according to the poll, 55% say they are “satisfied” at all, while “a little” responds to 23%, “quite” 15% and “very” 5%. Similar were the answers to the same question and to the February poll.
Regarding the proposal of mistrust against the government, which was rejected, 67% of respondents said it would vote “in favor”, while 25% would be “against”.
At the same time, at the possibility of elections next Sunday, 66% said they would want another governance, while 25% would give Mitsotakis another chance.
Asked if “you find it better for the government to run out of four years or to hold early elections”, 39% preferred the four -year -old government, while 50% of the respondents say early elections.
In addition, for 55%, the next elections are an opportunity for a protest vote, a approach rejecting 37%.
To the question of whether stability is guaranteed by autonomous governments or cooperation governments, with self -reliance 37%, while with the prospect of cooperation with 54%.
