As part of the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding for the establishment of the new seat, the Prime Minister said:

“I would like to express my satisfaction with the fact that today we will sign the establishment of this very important seat for the systematic study of the period which starts with Alexander the Great.

Let me make two individual observations. I find it very important that our top universities are now going on to create specific themes. It is something that I would say, a rule in universities abroad, and we are starting to incorporate it into the way we perceive the organization of academic research and the transfer of knowledge.

And my second observation relates to the fact that this headquarters is funded by substantially, I would say, the private sector, by city agencies, and this is a common practice abroad.

And I would like to thank the SEBE, the Exporters Association, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Chamber of Commerce, the Crafts Chamber for offering to secure the funding of this seat for a three -year period, so that we are sure to be financially viable.

So again, thank you very much. “
