The “Demographic Crisis – Time for Action” event organized by the Union of Luxury Ionia, Heraklion & Northern Suburbs, was attended by the Deputy Minister under the Prime Minister and Government spokesman Pavlos Marinakis, Pavlos Marinakis For demographic George Pierrakos.
The event, which took place in Vrilissia and co -ordinated by journalist Marilena Gerantonis, was addressed by Vrilissia Mayor Yiannis Pissimisis and the Deputy Mayor of Family Policy, Equality and Preschool Lili Tzima. The organizer, president of the Union of Luxury Ionia, Heraklion & Northern Suburbs Anna Kyriazopoulou, the president of the Athens Union of Athens Dimitris Stamoulis, also spoke, while Damianos Paliakis, Polytekos, intervened.
Mr. Marinakis thanked the Union of Luxury for the initiative and the honorary invitation, as well as Mr Pissimis and Mrs Tzima, who congratulated them for the excellent and quiet – as he said – work they do, “but above all for the character you have shown as a team. The humility with which you approach the issues and personally the mayor’s morality. ” At the same time, in a more personal reference, he thanked George Autia, as well as Mr. Paliakis, who shared with him his ideas and suggestions for the demographic and strengthening of the luxuries, a targeting that the taxpayer announced by the Prime Minister.
Referring to the issue of the event, the Deputy Minister than the Prime Minister emphasized: “We have taken significant first steps to be able to look into the eyes of people who either want or have begun the great journey of life, which is the family: the biggest, most sacred, more difficult and more beautiful journey” Birth and maternity, which reach – together – up to 10,000 euros, while making a separate reference to maternity and paternity licenses. “What do we need to do above? To put even greater emphasis, not just families with children, but to families with more children. We started with the increases of civil servants, where for the first time the increase was not horizontal but was adapted to families with children. We are tax -free for the large and very low tax on three. However, it is not just the measures for the elders that have to do with the demographic. The measures for the young people are also measures, and there are measures for the Greek region, they are vouchers for kindergartens. Movements we make, which they are, I say again, stone, start and become quite. But I look at you in the eyes. Need more. This great wound of the demographic crisis, which we are also experiencing in Greece, in addition to the obvious economic causes, has clear and social causes, because for many years the sacred concept of family, mother, grandmother, grandfather, father, who were once symbols for Greek society, should not have. Most notably the working mother, the working father, the single parent families. A woman who can leave her job for a while to devote to her child is doing the most hard work in the world. Even if he continues to work, he does two of the toughest jobs at the same time. I am proud to represent a government that did not put aside the family: the prime minister put her first in every measure he announces. Here I address people from all over our constituency. I will be politicized before and above all with my main concern the support of every family. “
MEP George Eutias stressed that what the Deputy Minister noted by the Prime Minister shows the magnitude of the state’s efforts to support each family, and of course the three and the large ones, with specific tax and social policy measures. He explained that this week the demographic and housing in Europe is being discussed and that very soon from Europe, as stated by Housing Commissioner Dan Jorgensen, the housing funds would be doubled and an imbalance in renums will be created. Also, addressing the Mayor of Vrilissia, he said that municipalities would soon be able to use their municipal real estate for social housing.
The “present” was given to the event, according to a statement, former Mayor of Vrilissia Costas Ioannidis, Deputy Mayor of Culture and Sports Anastasios Dimitriou, Deputy Mayor Catherine Voutsadakis, UNNED President Vrilissia Marinos Sakellariadis, Municipal Councilor Nikitas Stamatelopoulos, President DIMTO Vrilissia Konstantinos Filiopoulos and Northwest Candidate.
