Message to the Greeks for the celebration of Easter sent the Prime Minister, Kyriakos Mitsotakis stressing that the state will do whatever it takes to deal with the precision that plagues households.
At the same time, he expressed once again its support in Ukrainewhich continues to be attacked by Russia.
The message of Kyriakos Mitsotakis in detail:
“Greeks, all over the world, are celebrating this year’s Easter, turning into a mature force its double message: the carter that symbolizes the Week of the Passion. But also of the hope that the Light of the Resurrection brings.
Our thoughts today are on the free – besieged Ukrainians. They continue to be attacked by fellow Russian invaders. And, at the same time, in all the misery that this war brings to all of Europe.
Easter joy, however, becomes an ally in the face of our own difficulties. First of all, accuracy. For which, already, the State does what it can. And he will continue to do so, for as long as he needs to. I promise!
Today’s celebration finds us united. Thus united, after all, we overcame the national challenges. The pandemic. And all the adventures that preceded. So we can celebrate for the first time away from the threat of the coronavirus being removed. To walk forward. And so we must stay.
The Greek Easter “is the highest form of Spring”wrote our elder poet George Seferis. So let’s welcome this spring with hope. With solidarity and self confidence. And let’s make next summer more optimistic.
More optimistic for our country and for everyone individually. Christ is Risen! With health, strength and prosperity to all Greek women and all Greeks, wherever they are. Happy Birthday!”.
