Peng, who has topped the world rankings in the women’s doubles and has won the doubles titles at Wimbledon and Roland Garros, posted an account on the Chinese social networking site Weibo in an open letter of complaint against Zhang, according to which the former member of the most important political committee in the country pushed her in various ways for sex with him, while after that they had a long-term relationship.
