Just under 60km from Doha, the capital of Qatar, is the Al Bayt stadium, which hosted the opening of the 2022 World Cup this Sunday (20).
Photojournalist Gabriela Biló, from Sheet, accompanied and photographed the opening ceremony, and took the opportunity to tell a little about the saga to get to the press tent. Watch below.
The first game of the Cup ended with Ecuador’s 2-0 victory over the host team. Naturally, posts on social networks wasted no time in making fun of the fact, in addition to mocking the opening highlights.
The videos produced by Biló, a special envoy to Qatar, are part of a partnership between Sheet with TikTok. Find out what will be produced here and watch the videos already published.
