PAOK Academy proves once again its sensitivity and consistency with the organization of the charity tournament “Pantelis Kyriakidis” on December 18 and 19.

At the age of 12, in May 2009, Pantelis Kyriakidis, an athlete from the PAOK Academy, returning to Thessaloniki with his father after a tournament, had a tragic accident. His father was lost and he was seriously injured. Pantelis continues to fight a brave and unequal battle for life, remaining in a vigilant coma, however, his recovery requires huge sums.

PAOK, faithful to this appointment, organizes tournaments at the Leontes and Champions stadiums (11.00 to 17.00) with the participation of collaborating academies of the PAOK Football Prints network from both the wider area of ​​Thessaloniki and the region. The tournament concerns the age categories from K16 to K14. Lotteries will be distributed at the entrances of the sports facilities, while prizes will be drawn.

The protocols for the entry of athletes and escorts will be observed in order to avoid the spread of covid 19. The following applies in detail for the games:

1 Athletes up to 11 years old: Self test on the day of the race.

2 Athletes 12 to 17 years old: 72 hours PCR or 48 hours rapid test.

3 Trainers: 72-hour PCR or 48-hour rapid testExcepted from testing are fully vaccinated and those with a valid disease certificate.

The use of a mask is mandatory indoors and outdoors. Athletes are excluded from using the mask during exercise.

Regarding the escorts-parents-spectators, the entrance to the sports facilities is STRICTLY allowed only for those who demonstrate a certificate of vaccination or illness or a certificate of rapid test (48 hours) “.
