He did it… a habit o Panathinaikos! The champions of Greece who had a big day with Fernando Hernandez (26 points) won 3-1 set him PAOK in the final of the Super Cup in a terrible match in Heraklion, Crete and won the first title of the season!

However, Kovar with Hernandez and Rangel signaled the turnaround and brought the match to 14-14 bringing good psychology back to the “greens”. Then the Rangel he won the video check he called for, and Hernandez with an ace and a block brought the match to 20-17! PAOK managed to reduce with Raptis and Voulkidis to one point but the champions were cooler and reached the victory with Hernandez who finished the final with 28 points making the 25-22 and presenting the trophy to Panathinaikos.
