Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky referred to his conversation with the Turkish president in a tweet, welcoming Turkey’s intention to engage in Russia-Ukraine peace talks.
“I spoke with President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. Security cooperation was discussed, especially the ZNPP, there should be no invaders there, the exchange of prisoners of war, the development of the grain agreement. I am glad to hear that the Turkish president is ready to participate in the peace negotiations,” wrote Zelensky.
