PAOK stopped Olympiakos in a match-thriller!

PAOK won a big victory that sets the Handball Premier on fire, beating Olympiakos 21-20 for the 18th matchday.

The Thessalonikians took the derby in the details, after a match full of tension and approached the “red and white” at the top.

The hosts were in complete control of the match and maintained their lead throughout. The two teams went into halftime with 10-7 in favor of PAOK, with Olympiacos tying the score at 10-10, but the home team went on a new run for 14-11.

The Piraeus team reacted and tied the match again (15-15), without managing to take the lead again. PAOK escaped again at +2 (17-15), with the visitors equalizing again at 18-18 and taking the lead for the first time in the 55th minute with 19-18. Olympiacos kept the score for a few seconds after the home team equalized immediately setting the match on fire.
