In prison o Coke!
His former player Mars admitted on Tuesday (2/5) that he was the head of a drug-trafficking ring aimed at shipping marijuana to several European countries. Charged with 17 others, he admitted his involvement in the criminal network and therefore saw his sentence set at 6 years.
The 40-year-old Spaniard initially faced an even heavier sentence of 16 years, but his confession helped to reduce his sentence to six years.
THE prosecutor will formalize the written charges on Wednesday, but has already presented them to the defendants in the courtroom on Tuesday. Everyone declared themselves satisfied with the decision that was issued, which, as it turns out, will not be appealable.
The arrest of Koke and dislocation of the organization had demanded mobilization 150 police officers and eleven concurrent investigations. The prosecuting authorities speak of a criminal organization with very strong structures, which allowed the purchase and trafficking of very large quantities of drugs.
