The powerful man of the international football confederation had today (15/6) a meeting in Barcelona with the 22-year-old, who is expected in his new role to recommend stricter penalties for similar discriminatory behaviours.
“There will be no more football with racism. Matches must be stopped immediately when this happens. Enough!” underlined Infantino, who asked Vinicius to lead a committee, made up of footballers, “… which will introduce tougher anti-racism penalties which will then be adopted by football authorities around the world».
