The pre-sale of tickets for the Super Cup at “G. Karaiskakis”

The big sports event of the summer in Greece is undoubtedly the Super Cup final between Manchester City and Seville in G. Karaiskakis (16/08).

UEFA announced in an announcement that the pre-sale of the tickets for the big game between the holder of the Champions League and that of the Europa League started today and will run until July 12th at noon!

They are expected to be available to the public 23,400 ticketswith the rest concerning UEFA’s institutional obligations for its sponsors, partners, official guests, etc.

For this matchup there is high demand by the fans of the two teams and it is expected that there will be an unprecedented (due to the distance that is being held) trip to Greece. Something that could possibly be combined with holidays in our country, with people being able to enjoy both their favorite team and… the Greek summer.

To understand the demand that exists, the Manchester City estimates its needs at 9-10,000 tickets and Seville at 3-4,000.

During the week, representatives of the two teams were at the Faleri stadium for their own site visit and apart from their complete satisfaction with the hospitality and service from Olympiakouthe facilities and facilities of the stadium have made a first assessment of the needs of their own fans which will be finalized in the coming days

If all these estimates are confirmed, for the needs of the Greek fans it is expected that there will be around 10 thousand tickets. And even though we are talking about a time when Athens is… emptying out, the tickets will probably sell out.
