“Last year I was chosen to be the captain of the team and I felt very proud. This team change will never change my feelings for Panathinaikos, which will always have a special place in my heart. I was in the team for seven years and I got a great opportunity.”

“Three-point percentages didn’t just happen last year. I always believed that I could have these performances. But, last year I also took it out on the floor. It will be easy for me to work with Nick, because we communicate very well. I think we will do great things together.”
For Fenerbahce’s depth at the ‘5’ position:
“I think we will do well. Sertak Sanli also plays in this position, I play too. Also, Jonathan Motley showed that he can play at the “4” as well. That’s how I think things will go and everything will go well.”

“It will be a different feeling for me. It’s the first time I’m competing with a different team in Europe. But, I know that Fenerbahce fans support their team. I hope they will come to the stadium and support us”.

“All the tall guys in the Euroleague have talent. I wouldn’t pick one in particular. There is no easy or difficult opponent. Those who are at this level are there because they have abilities.”
For the new season at the Turkish club:
“I think we will do well. Last season the team was one win away from the Final Four. The goals are the same. First we have to get into the Top-8 and then go step by step. A big dream of mine will come true if we keep going, because I haven’t reached that level.”
