Beginning with the games on Friday, August 25 and continuing through the Final on Sunday, September 10, the Courtside 1891 FIBA ​​World Cup Pass will offer fans access to live content as well as games on demand and extended highlights. The addition of FIBA ​​World Cup Pass to the NBA app builds on the US basketball organization’s efforts to engage with fans in the NBA off-season and expand its basketball content.
The 2023 FIBA ​​World Cup, to be held in the Philippines, Japan and Indonesia, features 32 teams participating in 92 matches over 16 match days. The NBA will announce the full list of NBA players participating in the 2023 FIBA ​​Basketball World Cup once all final national team rosters have been determined.
The Courtside 1891 FIBA ​​World Cup Pass is available for purchase at NBA.com/WorldCup and the full game schedule is available at NBA.com/fiba/world-cup/2023/schedule.
Countries and territories included are Angola, Argentina, Cape Verde, Ivory Coast, Czech Republic, Dominican Republic, Greece, Indonesia, Israel, Latvia, Lithuania, Mexico, Poland, Puerto Rico, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain, Thailand, Turkey and United Kingdom.
