Easy win for Fiorentina – “Double” for Monza

With the victories of Fiorentina and Monza, the curtain fell on the 7th matchday of the Italian championship. The “viola” beat Cagliari 3-0 with great ease, while earlier Monza had won the double with 1-0 against Sassuolo, at a time when Torino and Verona were tied at 0-0.

With this victory, Fiorentina returned to good results after the 1-1 draw with Frosinone and reached 14 points, level with Juventus and Napoli.

With Colombo’s goal in the 66th minute, Monza got its second victory in this year’s league after four games of being away from the “three points”.
