Danijel Cesarec will be awarded an honorary plaque for his great contribution to ASTERA TRIPOLIS and to the football of our country as a whole, which he honored with his competitiveness, his football skills, but also with his morals and character.

THE CURRICULUM VITAE
Danijel Cesarec was born on January 8, 1983 in Slavonski Brod, Croatia. He started playing football with his hometown team, Marsonia and after playing for Sparta Prague and Pribram, in 2004 he came to Greece.
He played in ASTERA TRIPOLIS from 2007 to 2010, achieving the best seasons of his career. In total with the yellow and blue he made 78 official appearances in the Championship and Cup, scoring 29 goals. The 26 goals he has scored in the Super League put him in second place among ASTERA’s top scorers in the top division.
In Greece he also played with Akratitos, Aegaleos and Aris, while until the end of his football career he wore the jerseys of Maccabi Haifa, Rijeka, Osijek, Slaven Belupo.
