Then, in the 2nd set, the Greek tennis player failed to have an “answer” to Makhats’ serve and was defeated 6-4 with the Czech breaking in the 10th game. Thus, Machats broke to 3-1 and held it for 4-1.

In the 7th game Tsitsipas had a double break point and took back the break for 4-3, while in the 11th game he also had a double break point, with Machats “erasing” it. The Greek’s new break point had the same result, however, with the fourth he reached a break at 6-5. In the end, with his serve he closed the set at 7-5 and took the victory.
