Ethnikis comfortably at the top, Panionios at the bottom

At the top of the fourth group of the 3rd national team, Ethnikos continues, after the eighth matchday. The Piraeus club took a comfortable 3-0 victory over Agia Paraskevi and reached 20 points, remaining unbeaten.

Close behind, with one less point, is Panionios, who took a big double at the home of Atsalenios, in Crete, while Almyros prevailed 3-1 against Hypatos, also in Heraklion. Fostiras celebrated its first victory this year, beating Chaidari 1-0.

In the first group, Kavala continues its… advance, passing with 3-2 at the headquarters of PAOK Kristoni, despite having a heartbeat in the final. The leaders raced into a 3-0 lead early in the second half, but their comfort evaporated in the finale as the home side went 3-2 down with goals in the 79th and 86th minutes before they could do much more.

In the second group, Ethnikos Neo Keramidius continues at the top, after its 2-0 victory at the home of Vataniakou, while Nea Artaki continues on high, beating Zakynthos 1-0.

As for the third group, Asteras Varis and Korinthos continue tied at the top. The Vari team prevailed over Ermionida with a score of 1-0, while Corinth also won a double, which came from Megara, beating Byzantium 2-1.
