The EPO Appeals Committee made the following decisions at its last meeting.

Reforms decision No. 568/2023 of the EPO Disciplinary Committee and imposes the following sanctions on the appellant:
a) Validation of the match between the parties PAE, which was set to be held on 27-9-2023, in favor of the home team PAE Aiolikos with goals 0-3 and, b) A monetary penalty of 8,000 euros.
He accepts formally and partly in substance the appeal of the union APS Panthrakikos.
Reforms decision No. 562/2023 of the Disciplinary Committee of the EPO, as far as it concerns the appellant union.
Eliminates the monetary penalty of 8,334 euros imposed on the appellant association, as well as the penalty of holding matches without spectators for 4 matches.
It determines the total fine determined in the amount of 2,000 euros.
He accepts formally and in essence the appeal of the union Ethnikos OFPFF.
Reforms decision No. 562/2023 of the Disciplinary Committee of the EPO, as far as it concerns the appellant union.
Eliminates the fine of 2,000 euros imposed on the appellant union.
