The 2023-2024 Men’s-Women’s Table Tennis Local Cup has been underway for some time now.
The organization of clubs will highlight the local Cup Winners in two regions and at the same time will give qualifiers for the Greek Cup. It will be completed in May and this year’s difference in the way it will be played is that, from start to finish, the matches will be played at the clubs’ headquarters.
Knockout tables are forming everywhere and so far 1st round matches have been played in the Attica Regional Cup and the Northern Greece Regional Men’s Cup.
A corresponding tableau is still foreseen in Attica for the women, while in Western Greece/Peloponnese and the rest of the island country the final declarations of participation were not enough for similar matches.

In Attica, 20 men’s and 9 women’s teams had declared their participation. In Northern Greece, 11 men’s teams started. A Regional Cup was planned for Western Greece/Peloponnese and the Rest of the Islands, but only 3 and 2 men’s teams respectively showed practical interest… For each Region, the minimum number of four teams was required to hold a Regional Cup.
The final of the competition has been set for May 12, 2024, and the finals will be held at the home of one of the two finalists. According to the competition program of E.F.O.E.P.A., on the 25-26 of the same month, the Greek Cup will be held in a part of Northern Greece.
