2. The CONSTANTINOPOLES SPORTS ASSOCIATION – AEK – NEW MEN’S BASKETBALL SOCIETY 2014 (d.t. AEK NEW KAE 2014) is released: a) for use of laser pointers and b) for abusive slogans addressed to natural persons referred to in the same call and took place during the above match.
1. A fine of five hundred (500.00) euros is imposed on the PANTTHESSALONIKIOS ATHLETIKOS OMILOS KONSTANTINOUPOLITON 2004 KALATHOSFAIRIKI ANONIMI ETEIRIA (d.t. PAOK 2004 KAE) for abusive slogans which are not addressed to natural persons and do not constitute an insult to national symbols, offenses against him Championship match with the team GYMNASTIKOS SYLLOGOS AMAROUSIOU 1896 KALATHOSFAIRIKI ANONIMI ETEIREIA (d.t. The penalty of a written recommendation with a parallel announcement to the press for a disciplinary offense that cannot be characterized as particularly serious and is not defamatory of the sport is imposed on the CHOLARGOS BASKETBALL ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION, LLC (d.t. KOLOSSOS H HOTELS KAE) during the Championship match with the team GYMNASTIKOS SYLLOGOS LAVRIO – BASKETBALL SOCIETY SA (d.t. KAE LAVRIO) held on 7-1-2024 and
2. The CHOLARGOU BASKETBALL ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION SA (d.t. KOLOSSOS H HOTELS KAE) is released for another disciplinary offense which cannot be characterized as particularly serious and which is not defamatory of the sport referred to in the same summons and which took place on above».
