Following a recommendation by the Olympic Preparation Committee, 205,200 euros were approved for Olympic Preparation, which will be given to:
To the Hellenic Archery Federation 20,000 euros for participation in qualification matches of Dimitra Papadopoulou and Evangelia Psarras.
To the Hellenic Fencing Federation 17,000 euros for participation in international competitions of Dora Goundoura and Despina Georgiadou.
To the Hellenic Philatelic Table Tennis Federation 23,000 euros to support the athletes Panagiotis Gionis, Elisavet Terpou, Konstantinou Angelakis.
To the Hellenic Volleyball Federation 12,000 euros for the participation of the women’s national beach volleyball team in international competitions.
To the Hellenic Sailing Federation 133,200 euros to cover the costs of the following athletes who will participate in Olympic qualification and preparation matches per Olympic class.
• Participation in the ILCA 7 World Championship for Dimitris Papadimitriou, €9,500.00
• Participation in the IQFOiL World Championships for Leonidas Tsortanidis and athlete Danae Pontifix €12,400.00
• Participation in the 470 Mix World Championships for the crew of Ariadnis Spanakis – Odysseus Spanakis €7,300.00
• Participation in the 53 TROFEO SAR PRINCESA SOFIA for Ariadni Spanakis-Odysseus Spanakis (470 mixed), Pavlos Kayali-Ioannis Orfanos (49er Men), Leonidas Tsortanidis (IQFOiL Men), Danai Pontifix (IQFOiL Women), Alexandros Cameron Maramenidis (FORMULA KITE ), Ermioni Ghika (ILCA 6 W), Dimitris Papadimitriou (ILCA 7 M), Iordani Paschalidis-Melina Gari (NACRA 17) €56,000.00
• Participation in the LAST CHANCE REGATTA SEMAINE OLYMPIQUE FRANCAISE 2024, for: Ariadni Spanaki-Odyssea Spanaki (470 mixed), Pavlos Kayali-Ioanni Orfanos (49er Men), Leonidas Tsortanidis (IQFOiL Men).
