Among them, of course, his football player PAOK and vice-captain of the “super eagles” William Trost-Ekongbut also the coach, Jose Peseiroand the technical director, Augustine Egavon. The first was his coach Panathinaikou in the 2007-08 season and the second, its coach Zakynthos in 2018.

“We are very grateful for your support during our stay in Ivory Coast. We gave it our all until the final. I wish we were here carrying the trophy for you. In 2019 I was here with a bronze medal. Now we are here with a silver medal. All we can promise is that we will continue to work hard and next time we meet, we hope to bring home a gold medal.”said the MVP of the organization, Trust-Ekong, representing the players in his statements during the ceremony.
