Fine from the sports judge at KAE AEK – The decision of the DEAB for shutouts applies normally!

A fine was imposed on AEK Betsson by the Sports Judge of ESAKE for the abusive sloganswhich were heard in the Stoiximan Basket League derby against Panathinaikos AKTOR.

Yesterday, we remind you, Standing Committee on Combating Violence imposed on the Union punishment of one match behind closed doors due to throwing an object capable of causing bodily harm, as an application of the new sports law. This penalty – the first in the new era with the upgraded body of the Ministry of Sports – applies normally, it should be noted, since we are talking about independent decisions! One is a penalty from the State and the other is a disciplinary sanction.

The yellow and black’s next home match for the Stoiximan Basket League is against Prometheus on March 9which will therefore be held without people in the closed Ano Liosia.

The decision in detail

1. Submitted to the CONSTANTINOUPOLE SPORTS ASSOCIATION – AEK NEW MEN’S BASKETBALL SOCIETY 2014 (d.t. AEK NEW KAE 2014):

a) for each of the 3 warnings excluding the first of them, for abusive slogans which were addressed to natural persons, a penalty of reprimand and a fine of one thousand four hundred (1,400.00) euros, i.e. a total of 2 reprimands and a fine of two thousand eight hundred (2,800) ,00) euros,

b) a written recommendation with a parallel announcement to the press for an offense that could not be characterized as particularly serious or defamatory of the sport, during the Championship match with the PANATHINAIKOS ATHLETIKOS OMILOS KALATHOSFAIRIKI ANONIMI ETERIA (formerly KAE PANATHINAIKOS) team held on 12-2-24 and

2. The CONSTANTINOUPOLE SPORTS ASSOCIATION – AEK – NEW MEN’S BASKETBALL SOCIETY 2014 (d.t. AEK NEW KAE 2014) is exempted for another offense that cannot be characterized as particularly serious or defamatory of the sport, for the above match.
