1. On Monday 21/2/22 after a relevant letter from the T.A.A. 2.Only the administration of Ε.Σ.Α.Π. became aware of this omission and ordered the file to be forwarded immediately to the President of the Judiciary for further action, operated and done on the same day.

3. On the same day, the President of Ε.Σ.Α.Π. convened an extraordinary BoD in which he informed the members of the Board. on the case, at the same time resigning, taking institutional responsibility as President of the Cooperative even though neither he nor anyone else, except the secretary of the Judiciary, knew anything about this omission.

4. The BoD After examining all aspects of the case, on the one hand, he did not accept the resignation of the President of the House, on the other hand, he found that the mistake of this official was not due to expediency but to negligence and inexperience.

We declare that the permanent position of Ε.Σ.Α.Π. is its distancing from the function of the Judiciary composed of an independent and acting judicial officer.
