a) for each of the three (3) warnings that took place excluding the first of them, for abusive slogans addressed to natural persons, the penalty of a reprimand and a fine of one thousand four hundred (1,400.00) euros, i.e. in total penalty of two (2) reprimands and a fine of four thousand two hundred (2,800.00) euros and
b) a monetary fine of eight hundred (800.00) euros due to abusive slogans which are not addressed to natural persons or do not constitute an insult to national symbols, during the championship match with the team of PANATHINAIKOS ATHLETIKOS OMILOS BASKETBALL SOCIETY (n.d. KAE PANATHINAIKOS) , held on 7-6-2024.
The PANATHINAIKOS ATHLETIC GROUP BASKETBALL SOCIETY (d.t. KAE PANATHINAIKOS) is absolved for the act of non-participation of the team’s Coach, Mr. Christos Serelis, in the FLASH INTERVIEW and in the press conference after the end of the match, during the championship match with the team of the OLYMPIC PHILATHLON ASSOCIATION OF PIRAEUS BASKETBALL LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (d.t. OLYMPIAKOS KAE) held on 7-6-2024».
