What he remembers from the game with Montenegro: “I think it was a very good match for us, because we measured our strength against a very good team with good players. Everything went well, we created a rhythm through our defense, we pressed and created phases in the surprise. We did what we wanted to do, we ran the team, we were also on target, all the guys helped, they played good basketball and we are happy with the result”.
On what is the greatest strength of the National Team ahead of the Pre-Olympics: “I think we have to focus on our defense and score easy baskets in our surprises”.
On whether he has identified anything that needs to be fixed or improved ahead of the Pre-Olympics: “Initially, with the coming of John, God first, we will be a different team. Certainly, we have shown some very good early signs, but we still have a long way to go and for sure we need to improve many things.”.
