AEK B starts its preparation for the new season, tomorrow Tuesday (23/7) with the scheduled medical and ergometric tests. The Union’s second professional team, will participate for the fourth consecutive season in the Super League 2 championship.
AEK B finished the 2023-2024 season in fifth place in the play offs ranking in the Northern Group, while it had finished fourth in the regular season.
Nikos Koustas will be in the technical leadership of the team for the second season. Assistant coaches will be Michalis Pavlis, Nikos Tzanoglou and Dimitris Diamantis. Gymnasts will be Andreas Fousekis and Giorgos Kivrakidis, goalkeeping coach Chrysostomos Michaelidis and analyst Stratos Parousis.
As has been the case since the first day of the team’s operation, Elias Atmatsidis will be the general captain and Panos Politis will be the team manager.
