Eurobasket U18: The National Youth Team defeated Turkey and plays for 9th place with Italy

THE National Youth defeated 81-61 Turkey and will face the Italy for 9th place in his final ranking Eurobasket U18 tomorrow (4/8).

The first scorer of the “blue and white” team was Pagonis with 19 points, while 13 points were scored by Liotopoulos11 o Patrikis and 10 o Abdala.

The match

It gradually returned to the game with Liotopoulos equalizing (31-31, 18”) and Pagonis’ three-pointer giving the lead (34-33, 18’30”) with the twenty minutes being completed again with both teams looking at each other each other in the eyes (35-35).
