THE Panionios completed his roster puzzle for his return to the Basket League after four years. The coach of “Historikos”, Aris Lykogiannis, in a statement thanked the administrative leaders of the club, Theodoros Mikropoulos and Panagiotis Iliadis, who made the wishes in terms of staffing the team a reality, and stated that united everyone will reach their goal:
“After hard and detailed work for at least two months we managed to finalize our team’s roster for the next competitive season which will be particularly demanding in the Basket League.
Now inside the stadium and with the work that will be done, we will seek to present ourselves strong competitively, mentally and physically when the official duties will begin.
I would like to thank Mr. Theodoros Mikropoulos and Mr. Panagiotis Iliadis for the excellent cooperation we had during the summer transfer window. It is true that with their vision and ambition and of course with their enormous love for PANIONIO they gave everything to make our lives easier.
Likewise, I would like to thank those who are fighting to present PANIONIOS as strong as it should be in its history.
Of course I would like to publicly thank my colleagues in the technical staff for the work they did and we did together in our effort to present the best possible result.
