The Ivorian veteran central defender, “passed away” suddenly in age 39 yearsas announced, late on Saturday night (31/08), Turkish Adanaspor of which he was the coach!
As stated in the club announcement Sol Baba, he got sick just before the match with Manisa and was rushed to the hospital, where he ended up.
Sean Baba, had recorded an important football career in England, as a footballer of the Leicester, Leeds, Cardiff and Middlesbroughwhile among others, he had also played in Palermo, Trabzonspor, Hibernian, Dunfermline, but also the infrastructure sections of Paris! In 2001, the deceased was diagnosed with cancer of the lymphatic system, which is also the cause of his death.
In his latest post on ‘X’, he paid tribute to Sven-Goran Eriksson who he briefly coached at Leicester.
