Full speed ahead for Belgrade in the Euroleague Final Four, Abu Dhabi’s choice rejected

Full throttle for Belgrade the Final Four of this year’s Euroleague!

As it became known, during today’s (12/11) General Assembly of the organizing authority, his choice was rejected Abu Dhabiwith the Serbian capital now the sole candidate to once again host the semi-finals and finals of European basketball’s premier competition.

The United Arab Emirates they offered 75 million euros in their attempt to hold the next three Final Fours, while the organization’s shareholders had voted from the beginning in favor of choosing Belgrade, at least for this season, since it is possible that in the near future we will see a Euroleague Final Four in the Arab country.

So, it looks like Belgrade and the “Beogradska Arena” will once again host the Final Four after 2022when Olympiacos also participated, eventually finishing fourth, and with Real Madrid winning the coveted trophy, while the Serbian capital also hosted the Final Four of 2018with the “queen” once again climbing to the top of Europe.

Now, all that remains to finalize the holding of this year’s Final Four in Belgrade is the final approval, so that the announcement will come.
