Mr. Achilleas Beos submitted his resignation from the position of the representative of the Super League to the Executive Committee of the EPO through a letter to the president of the Super League, Mr. Evangelos Marinakis.

Mr President,
With this letter I submit my resignation from the position of Super League representative to the Executive Committee of the Federation, as my duties and obligations as the Mayor of Volos, require my total dedication and engagement with them, in order to prove myself consistent in my commitments against the citizens who honored me for a third consecutive term.
I am leaving with the satisfaction that in the short period of the current administration’s tenure, important steps have been taken for the progress of our football, by strengthening competitiveness and ensuring the greatest possible equal treatment of teams, as necessary conditions for its development.
I am optimistic that there will be further improvement in all areas and I assure you that I will be helpful in your effort so that we too can finally have a modern, high-standard, attractive football for the fans.
