Terrifying moment in Volos: Tselios, unconscious on the pitch after being hit by Leo, left in an ambulance!

They all froze in the “Pantelis Magoulas”during the match between Niki Volos and PAS Ioannina, for its 12th matchday Super League 2.

One minute, approximately, after the home team equalized (76′) and with the score at 1-1 (which was also the final), o Leo of the guests made a shot from the right and through the small area, with the goalkeeper of Thessaly, Themistocles Cheliosto block the ball. Later in the phase, however, the French striker did not have time to collect his leg, as a result of which he accidentally shot knee to the 27-year-old goalkeeperwho collapsed on the pitch unconscious!

It is characteristic, in fact, that Leo, when he turned and saw Celio down, realizing that he had hit him, he grabbed his head in shock! Immediately referee and players ran towards the goalkeeper and when they found that he is unconscious, they shouted imperatively for medical assistance. A little delay didn’t make his teammates furious, screaming for… faster! Fortunately, in addition to the medical teams, soon the ambulance, which was on the field, made its appearance and a little while later it was known that Tselios had recovered, with his face, however, full of blood.

In one shocking and at the same time touching sceneand the players of Niki Volos and PAS Ioannina were all caught together around Tselios and made a shield, so that he could not be seen, with the stadium deifying him and his colleagues applauding him, as he raised his hand, saying “Thanks» to everyone. A few minutes later, Tselios left in the ambulance for the hospital. It is not yet known, however, if he was tongue-tied by Leo’s blow. In any case, however, what matters is that he has recovered and is well.
