THE Vlado Jankovic he returns to the courts, this time in his jersey Peristeriou. The experienced forward has been signed and released by the western suburbs club until the end of the season.
This will be the seventh team Jankovic at Stoiximan GBLwho played last year in Carditsa and after the end of last season he was free.

Vlado Jankovic was born on March 3, 1990, he is 2.02 m tall. and competes in the forward positions. In 2005 at the age of 15, he joined the youth team of Panionio, with which he showed his great talent from the first moment. He made his first appearance in the A1 National Team in 2017, while he remained in Panionios until 2013, with the exception of the period in which he competed with the Mega Basket jersey in Serbia.
Completing a long and very successful presence at Panionios, in 2013 he signed for Panathinaikos, with whom he played for three seasons (2013-2016), winning the Greek championship in 2014, as well as three Greek Cups (2014,2015,2016), while in the Euroleague, he reached the “8” of the competition three times.
In 2016-17 he started the season with the Spanish Valencia, but finished the year with the jersey of Aris Thessaloniki. Back to Spain in 2017, this time for Andorra with whom he competed throughout the season. In the 2018-19 season he was the leader of Cholargos in his first appearance in the Basket League, while the following year (2019-20) he wore the jersey of AEK, with which he played for two seasons until 2021, winning the Greek Cup and reaching to the Champions League final.
In 2021-22 he moved to Thessaloniki for PAOK, while in the following season (2022-2023), he joined AEK in the middle of the season, with which he played in 12 league matches and 9 in the Champions League.
Last season (2023-2024) he competed in Karditsa with whom he averaged 10.1 points, 5.7 rebounds and 2.9 assists in 23.4 minutes of participation in 17 Stoiximan GBL games.
Vlado Jankovic has played with all the national teams (Children, Youth, Youth and Men) with a total of 108 appearances and 929 points in the “blue and white” shirt. He has won gold medals at the European Junior Championships (2008) and the European Youth Championships (2009) and silver medals at the World Junior Championships (2009) and the European Youth Championships (2010).».
