Fine from the ESA to Panachaic

A fine of 70,000 euros imposed on Panachaic or Professional Sports Committee for irregularities for its equity composition.

In detail:



1. PAE PANAHAIKI for breach of article 83 par. (under conference). ACTION. A fine of 20,000 euros for each of the two members.

3. Call to hearing PA PANAHAIKI for violating article 83 par. ACTION. A fine of 30,000 euros.

4. Control on the legality of shareholders participation in 12.04.2025 General Assembly. of PA PANAHAIKI. (postponement) Defronts for 19-5-2025. ”

In detail the articles which, according to the ESA, were violated by the PAE:

Article 83:

2. Members of the AAE Administration or TAA, the persons assigned to them by TAA, the shareholders SA. With a total of 1% of its share capital, rated referees, assistant referees and professional sports championships and those involved in the respective bodies or arbitration committees submitting a statement, in accordance with Article 32 (1). This obligation applies in any case of replacement of the members of the administration of the SAE. or the TAA, while also applying to persons who by decision or tolerance of the above bodies or in any other way exercise any competence or work related to the administration, management or representation of those bodies in the context of any legal relationship or public event or even if it is at all.

4. Regardless of the penalties provided for in Article 77A hereof, the non -submission to the Professional Sports Committee, in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 2 and 3, of the evidence of the property status or copy of the criminal record, results in the automatic deduction from the relevant administrative position and the relevant position. The discount is found or deprivation is imposed, by decision of the relevant authority, following a report by the Committee on Professional Sport.
