New two -year contract with AEK signed the Vangelis Arabatzis. The 29 -year -old extremist has been six years and a number of trophies with the “Union” jersey.

AEK is in a very pleasant position to announce the renewal of its cooperation with Vangelis Arabatzis. The 29 -year -old (04/08/1996) international extremist signed a new two -year contract, that is, until the summer of 2027, thus completing eight years with the yellow and black jersey.
Vangelis Arabatzis lifted the Greek Cup this year, reaching the 6 trophies as AEK’s player, continuing to write his own story in the team. He has celebrated the Treble of 2021 and the 2020 and 2023 championships and, along with this year’s Cup, is one of the multiculturalists of the club.
Vangelis Arabatzis told “aek.gr” after renewing his contract:
“Those who know me know very well that many words do not like. They also know what I feel about AEK. I remain here without a second thought for the best we have in front of us. Our goal, non -negotiable, is to return to the top. With union and a lot of work, we will succeed. Thank you very much for the confidence and support”
