After a BT internet problem this morning on Monday 25th July, Fluffy workers can’t seem to send emails.

Users are unable to access their MyBT account online due to a technical issue with their network provider.

As of 9:15 this morning, more than 300 affected users reported problems, according to DownDetector.

A Tweet: Is there a problem with the web or the app because I can’t log in and I need to verify my account? Thanks. ‘

Another user posted on DownDetector asking, “Has anyone learned on and off since last Wednesday when BT had trouble logging into email?”
