The renewed MyDEDDiE mobile app provides new digital services with the aim of facilitating service and simplifying the user experience.

In detail, the features offered by the application are:

  • Create a user account and save numbers providing their interest with the ability to use friendly names.
  • Power failure declaration/revocation and overview of existing faults.
  • Declaration of a dangerous situation in the electricity supply network.
  • Submit a contact request.
  • Submission of a request for initial connection of electricity supply/increasing or reducing the power of existing electricity supply.
  • Submission of a request for consolidation of benefits due to modification of the internal electrical installation or transfer of supply.
  • Submitting a request to check the correct operation of a measuring device.
  • Granting or canceling a nightly tariff.
  • Revoking an existing request.
  • Submission of Installer’s Responsible Declaration (YDE) ​​for initial or emergency inspection or regular re-inspection of internal electrical installations.
  • Recording meter readings.
  • View consumption statistics, historical supply consumption and meter readings (provided for up to 5 years back) and curve charts for telemetered supplies.
  • View consumption charts and compare consumption between current and previous year (provided for up to 2 years back).
  • Receive automated alerts for scheduled power outages.
  • Receive automated notifications regarding the upcoming count date.
  • Receive automated notifications regarding the status change of a submitted request.
  • Access to the history of requests that have been submitted, from where all the details about each request such as the date of submission, category of request, status of request, etc. are provided.
  • View all of the user’s interest notifications in an inbox and review each notification individually.

All citizens can “download” MyDEDDiE to their mobile phone through the app store for iOS or from the google store for Android and connect to MyDEDDiE through identification with TaxisNet, to access all the functionality of the application, thus maintaining the their profile with the benefits they are interested in. If they do not wish to be identified through TaxisNet, they can enter as ordinary guests and use limited functions.

At the same time, users can immediately receive notifications of general purpose or power outages in one or more municipalities/communities of their choice.

To report a fault, request communication and connection to the network, withdraw any request and register indications, it is necessary to use the name and a mobile phone number, through which a temporary code (OTP) should be received and confirmed ) before final submission or withdrawal.

Through the application, it is possible to receive the damage report and the submitted request immediately from the competent services of DEDDIE, as well as the same-day registration of the indications in the central information systems.
