The new iPhone 15 were presented by Apple, at the established annual autumn event of the American company in Cupertino, California, USA, while the new Pro models were presented by the technological giant as the strongest and most durable iPhones that have ever been released since they are made of titanium, the the exact same titanium used in NASA’s Mars Rover. This has the effect of automatically making them the lightest and most durable.

The iPhone 15 it is quite improved compared to 14, more user-friendly in some of its individual features, while maintaining its distinct character and elegance. In particular, it has a 48 Megapixel camera, includes image stabilization for taking photos and videos, 2x optimization and updated portraits with richer color and better performance in low light. It also has a 4K movie mode.

It is available in 5 colors (white, black, pink, green and yellow) and with two screen sizes: 6.1 inches for the iPhone 15 and 6.7 inches for the iPhone 15 Plus.

The iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus will have a USB-C charging port, as Apple is required to comply with the EU regulation.


As for the iPhone 15 Pro it will be like the smartphone has 7 different lenses. iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max will be able to take photos and videos at 24mm, 28mm, 35mm and 120mm, which will make many professionals happy. The most powerful lens of all is the 120mm telephoto lens, which will offer x5 optical zoom. Also, portrait photos and Night mode are improved thanks to the updated Photonic Engine, together with the ultra wide camera.

Like the “simple” iPhones, the Pro models will also have a USB 3.0 Type-C port, making data transfer faster than ever. In fact, the Pro models will be able to record video to an external drive, raising ProRes video recording to 4K 60fps.

In terms of pricing, the iPhone 15 will cost $799, the iPhone 15 Plus $899, the iPhone 15 Pro $1,099, and the iPhone 15 Pro Max $1,299 (now $1,099).


The new iPhone is expected to be available for sale in the US on September 22. The same is the possible release date in Greece.
