The body was recovered after the residents left the stadium.
The residents’ mobilization and the accusations against Picasso were due to a telephone messaging service, which informed that he was in the community allegedly a criminal with the intention of kidnapping minors, according to the press release of the municipality of Watsinango.
The victim has been working since March 2022 as an advisor to the Parliament, the institution stressed through social networking sites, denouncing his horrific murder.
Crimes of this nature are not uncommon in Mexico. They are usually committed in isolated areas, where it takes time for law enforcement to arrive.
One of the most dramatic was committed in 2019, also in Puebla, where seven men were beaten and burned alive.
